Preparation for Swimming Sessions

Please remember that ALL swimmers should arrive poolside at least 10 minutes before the start of their session. This allows time to warm up appropriately, collect required kit, discuss any injuries or illnesses and receive any messages from the coaching team.
All swimmers should also have the correct kit at all times - this should include goggles, fins, pull buoy, kick board, finger/hand paddles and most importantly A BOTTLE OF WATER!

Any swimmer who is persistently late or doesn't bring a drink to their session may be told that they cannot swim that day.

Being on time and prepared makes for a good training session!
