East Invicta eXcel
East Invicta eXcel Squad Club was established to enable smaller Clubs in East Kent to share resources and come together to compete against the best in the South East and the Country. The following East Invicta clubs are members of eXcel:
Ashford Swim
Dover Lifeguards
Herne Bay Swim
Hythe Swim
Faversham Swim
Folkestone Swimming
Shepway Swim
Membership is by invitation by the Head Coach and is open to all swimmers in the above Clubs with Kent County consideration times and above. Dover Lifeguard Club will register qualifying swimmers as dual members of Dover and East Invicta eXcel and provide them with the red EI eXcel swimming hat. To check your membership, please register with the Swim England Online Membership System using your ASA Number https://www.swimmingmembers.org/Default.aspx.
Training Opportunities
eXcel training opportunities will take place throughout the year locally and at the Olympic Pool. This is a great opportunity to swim and train with other East Invicta swimmers of a similar standard. There will be different training opportunities for Development and Performance Swimmers as well as Senior Swimmers.
- Development Squad are swimmers with Kent County Consideration and Automatic times.
- Performance Squad are swimmers with South East Regional Consideration (Base) and Automatic times and National qualifying times.
Regionals and National Championships
Qualifying eXcel swimmers will compete at SE Regional and National Championships as East Invicta eXcel (EIES) and will receive and must wear their EI eXcel hat and polo shirt.
