6 Golds and 5 Kent records in the South East Regions Masters Long Course Championships. There were 9 events in two days, quite gruelling! First was gold in the 35-39 age category in the 400m Individual Medley, with a new Kent record of 5.51.29; next was breaking the Kent record in the 50m butterfly in a time of 34.46; then the 800m freestyle winning gold and breaking the Kent record in a time of 10.42.39. There were also 2 relays: the womens 4 x 50m freestyle relay winning silver and 4 x 50m medley relay winning gold. Day 2 started with the 200m butterfly, winning gold in a new Kent record of 2.59.32, and the last individual was 100m butterfly in a new Kent record of 1.16.77 winning gold. There were also two relays: the mixed 4x100m freestyle winning gold and mixed 4 x 100m medley winning silver.

Kaira is currently number one in Great Britain in the 200 butterfly 400 IM and 800 freestyle.
