DOVER LIFE GUARD CLUB
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2015
This is to be held on Monday 30th November 2015 at
Dover Leisure Centre at 7:30 pm.
In line with the Club’s constitution, nominations for election of members to any position on the Executive Committee should be made in writing to the General Secretary by 10th September 2015.
Anyone wishing to be nominated for any of the following positions should obtain a nomination form from Becky Lown, and seek a proposer and a seconder.
The proposer and seconder must be fully paid up members of the Club age 16 or over, or a voluntary helper member of the Club who is age 16 or over and who also has paid for voting rights.

Also, any notice of any resolution proposed to be moved at the AGM should be given in writing to the General Secretary not later than 10th September 2015.
