Results are posted and can be found by following the link below. Please check your times against the East Invicta Qualifying standards and get your entry forms into Nina by Thursday September 18th at the latest. You should enter as many events as possible. Speak to your coach if you need advice. Following the East Invicta Championships invitations are issued to take part in a training weekend hosted by Olympic Athletes, previously these have included Cerri-Anne Payne, David Carrie, Chris Cooke and Mel Marshal. The criteria are as follows:

1. Top 4 swimmers in each individual age group. (9, 10, 11,12,13,14, 15+) 56 swimmers in total, being determined by the Bagcat results as set out in Championship Conditions rule 15(g). The points will be calculated as follows:
   1. Best 50m
   2. Best 100m
   3. Best 200m Form stroke (back, breast, fly)
   4. Best freestyle from 200m, 400m, 800m or 1500m.
   5. Best Individual Medley from 100m, 200m or 400m.

(9 & 10 yr swimmers will not take part in some of these events so they will count only those in which they are permitted to enter)

Additional swimmers are nominated by each club - generally your Dover coaching team look at the same results table when determining who to select.
