3 Sessions Each Day with finals for all 50m and 100m events

100, 200m All Strokes

50, 400 F/style, 200, 400 I.M. + Skins events

Age groups 9, 10/11, 12/13, 14/15 and 16+

Awards to all finalists and 6 fastest HDW in each age group

Level 3 License 3SE5074 for entry into Regional  Championships

Accepted entries and those we have had to reject appear on the attachments below. All entries for sessions 1,2 3 and 5 have been accepted. We have only needed to reduce the number of swims in session 4 & 6 because the sessions would have exceeded the ASA run time guidelines.I am sorry we have had to this. We have tried to be as fair as possible and have rejected swimmers in all age groups. We have tried to minimise this in the longer events in view of the fewer opportunities to compete at these distances. Refunds will be paid in cash to club coaches during the weekend. If your club decide not to come please e-mail your details to Jo together with the cheque payee details.

• The times indicated are for warm up.
• All swimmers must sign in 30 minutes before the start time of the session concerned.
• If you make a final you must indicate as soon as practicable but no later than 30 minutes after the results are announced that you intend to take part. This should be done at the awards table.

If your club has entered electronically the details you see will be those held on the ASA data base. If you have entered by post please check the spelling of your name and the DOB as if these are wrong your result will be rejected by ASA rankings.
