Open Water Swim - Give it a go (23rd Apr 2016)

If you are older than 11 years and like the sound of a challenging, fun and re-warding sport then why not try open water swimming? Dover Lifeguards has a long established open water section that would love to have new and enthusiastic swimmers join!
On the day remember to bring lots of warm clothes, hot drinks and snacks as well as enough swimming equipment and sun cream to go in for two swims. A supervising adult is also mandatory to assist out of the water.
